Deep Dive Life Coaching
For someone who’s been:
-
Self-blaming
-
“Trying harder”
-
Wondering why nothing works…
I invite you into my world to create a new lens and perspective on how to relate to yourself…
My background in exercise science, and nervous system–informed, body-based coaching has shaped how I approach this work.

Hi there, my name is Britney, and I believe everyone deserves to live their authentic life if they choose. By unmasking ourselves, the world is a beautiful place because we can see, hear, and understand each other on a deeper level. Through this therapeutic coaching partnership you will feel more connected to your self, your environment and discover the ultimate gift in life.
For an assortment of reasons, we can become lost, disconnected or stuck. I have been called a safe space from individuals to allow their truest self to come forth and explore their sacred inner world.
What would it be like to cultivate a life without a constant exhaustion, loneliness, or inner critic?
When was the last time you truly had space to talk about the things weighing on your mind, heart, and soul?

Questions to ask yourself:
When was the last time you felt TRULY supported?
What are your biggest challenges when it comes to feeling joy, freedom, and connected to yourself?
What worries you? What excites you?
Emotional Freedom: Ultimate Freedom
Listening inward isn’t easy. And if you’ve noticed anxiety, low mood, gut or stomach issues, or other stress-related symptoms, your body may be trying to communicate something that hasn’t yet had space to be heard.
In this work, I see this often, individuals who are capable, driven, and used to pushing through have a laundry list of symptoms with no rhythm or reason. When we take a nervous system–informed, body-based approach, these symptoms begin to make sense rather than feel like something to fight.
What I notice is that symptoms often intensify when the body hasn’t felt safe enough to slow down.
Over time, a common thread I see is how much relief comes from being met with patience rather than pressure.
What do you want to just go away? What do you want more of?
What do you think would help you get it?
